This
business plan details the launch of an import and export company. As an
importer, we purchase unlimited types of multiple products with very reasonable
prices and directly from manufacturers from all around the world. We then
resell those products to retail stores in the Libya. The product is shipped
directly from the manufacturer to the retail buyer. We do not maintain
inventory or ship products directly, Rather, we function as a middleman between
the manufacturer and the buyer.
We are
importing many different products due to the size of the consuming markets and
the opportunity for the traders more widely. Importing all kinds of products
from all over the world gives us a great and valuable opportunity to expand
better in many areas that most other countries lack. These products allow us to
communicate and create a quick-acting process and delivered directly to the
customer or companies and offer them our business and various services through
communication with any company or factory that the customer or company wishes
to contract or communicate with them without any problems.
Consumers
or companies are becoming more price conscious as the economy continues to
challenge Libya's retail market. With less discretionary income, consumers and
businesses are unwilling to pay high prices or are unsure of the quality of

start, we estimate that the company requires $20,000 to launch and operate in
order to receive positive cash flows during the first two years of working. Of the
$20,000 in start-up funds, $10,000 is targeted for initial expenses. The
remaining $10,000 is required to pay for initial manufacturing orders and
general operating expenses. To generate start-up capital, each of the company's
founders contributes $10,000.
